Is it possible to make home made preserves, pickles and sloe gin using sugar substitutes instead of sugar? - home canning pickles

I have a friend recently diagnosed diabetes, is used to make wonderful jams and pickles and plum liqueur and vodka, does anyone know of any recipes that can substitute with sugar and still delicious to be done?
I hope someone can help.

Remember that alcohol is different and full of the fruit sugar fructose, and all carbohydrates are a form of sugar into starch.

You can keep and cucumbers, the use of sugar substitutes, I am not sure, gin.
Tell your friends are trying to grow some Sweet Leaf Stevia is sweeter than sugar, but is completely safe for diabetics. My mother and my sister have diabetes and use stevia to sweeten coffee, tea, cakes and other foods and beverages. Here are some facts:

It may, if the taste is not nearly the same

the best option would be Truvia or Splenda, but it would still taste the same. Most diabetics or insulin to adjust their diet to allow anything with sugar as an alcohol, ... So you should do in the situation, as usual
