I have about 30 pounds of grapes she had gathered from our vineyards. I need a good traditional recipe!

Grape Jam Classic

5 pounds Concord grapes, skins and bones removed
1 / 2 cup water
1 (3 oz) package pectin
3 / butter 4 tablespoons of tea
8 cups sugar
1 cup Concord grape juice

Simmer raisins in water, bring to boil, reduce heat.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Mix grapes, grape juice and half the sugar in a saucepan and let stand for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, add the remaining sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar has dissolved.
Bring mixture to boil for two minutes.
Remove from heat and remove the foam accumulates.
Place the pot on the stove to boil again for 1 minute long.
Again, remove and eliminate the foam.
Add butter and bring again to boil.
Add pectin and stir constantly.
Boil for 1 minute.
Remove the foam.
Cool jam for 7 minutes before it jars.
Close the jars and water bath at 250 degrees 10 minutes a label.

Grape jam

4 pounds of grapes

2 oranges, juice and peel

5 c Sugar

1 c Raisins

Salt PN

Wash grapes and remove stems. Pull the skin and pulp industry spare set of grapes in a saucepan. Pastry cook 6 to 7 minutes, then through a coarse screen to remove seeds.
